EVENT
Contest lifecycle: scheduled, started, paused, ended or cancelled.
RSDP data model / request in progress
RoboSport is loading the source, telemetry, privacy and result-model view. Provenance and availability will remain explicit when it completes.
RSDP 0.1 / source-aware by design
The RoboSport Data Protocol gives sporting events, machine telemetry and contest outcomes a shared envelope without erasing where each fact came from or who may see it.
Protocol map
RSDP standardises the message envelope, ordering, provenance and privacy controls while allowing each discipline to register its own payload schemas.
Contest lifecycle: scheduled, started, paused, ended or cancelled.
Scores, goals, points, penalties and judge decisions.
Starts, splits, laps, finishes and reaction measurements.
Pose, rank, progress and meaningful zone transitions.
Velocity, battery, temperature, motor load and network state.
Operational modes, falls, interventions and machine health.
Entry, hardware, software, controller and calibration identity.
Versioned outcome lifecycle messages, distinct from live state.
Heartbeats, sequence gaps, clock warnings and source status.
Provenance
Three related fields answer different questions. Keeping them separate prevents a confident observation from being mistaken for an authoritative result.
Official, direct, verified, derived and community describe the source's registered relationship to the observation.
Verification records whether a source is unverified, registered, calibrated, accredited or explicitly official for its role.
Confidence belongs to the individual observation. It is not a substitute for source authority or a discipline's result policy.
Preview source registry
These cards demonstrate the presentation contract; they are not connected source credentials.
Disclosure policy
The effective classification is governed by the most restrictive applicable source, contest, message and field-level policy.
Available on permitted public feeds and historical reads.
Available only to named partner clients with the required scope.
Limited to the organiser and source owner.
Retained only under an explicit agreement and never redistributed.
Outcome lifecycle
Projected contest state is convenient for display. A durable result is versioned, evidence-backed and published under a defined policy.
A live calculation or early observation; not an outcome for downstream reliance.
Lifecycle definition only — no result record is connected.
The contest has ended and initial evidence agrees, subject to review.
Lifecycle definition only — no result record is connected.
Published by the organiser or an authorised official source.
Lifecycle definition only — no result record is connected.
The applicable review window and result policy have been satisfied.
Lifecycle definition only — no result record is connected.
Historical preview
Values remain useful only when time, unit, entry, source, freshness and disclosure state remain attached.

Connection readiness
A real connection is shown only after the public API, registered sources, schema validation, privacy enforcement and freshness reporting are available together.
No signal
The current cards use a labelled preview dataset. No public live subscription, canonical result service or source credential is attached to this site.
Responses validate against the published RSDP and API schemas.
Contests, entries, producers and sources resolve to stable IDs.
Scope and privacy rules are enforced before public delivery.
Snapshots and events expose timestamps, cursors and gaps.
Published results carry evidence, version and key information.
An official-class sample timing and scoring source. Registration does not make the sample an official outcome.
Only public demonstration fields are represented; restricted technical values are absent.
A sample direct-source telemetry stream representing robot-side observations.
Only public demonstration fields are represented; restricted technical values are absent.
A sample derived state source retaining its parent observation and ordered transformations.
Only public demonstration fields are represented; restricted technical values are absent.
The contest or proposition cannot be validly resolved.
Lifecycle definition only — no result record is connected.
A corrected observation supersedes its predecessor. A result amendment creates a new version that preserves the earlier record and states why it changed.
